These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of crystalexpo.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Crystal Expo Pty Ltd (ABN 22 642 143 511). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to cancel.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and delivery information you provide is accurate. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes provided on the Site are estimates only. Crystal Expo is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds process, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, is set out in our separate Refund and Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Crystal Expo Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Expo Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
