Refund and Returns Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This applies to items that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from how they were described. To make a claim under these guarantees, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue, along with photos where relevant.

Change of mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (where applicable).
